(excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

extend slightly. We do not rush production at the cost of quality.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather
conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any promotional free-shipping offers are time-limited and subject to change
without prior notice.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message
via email or WhatsApp containing tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect correctly.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by
incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect details,
re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, responsibility for
delivery delays lies with the courier service.
However, we will assist you to the best of our ability in resolving issues.

Any damage or missing items must be reported within
48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos or videos).
Claims reported after this period will not be accepted.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
